Think about all the things you have to do in the day. Where does working out fit into that? When I first started my fitness journey, I would let every excuse get in my way. Too tired, not enough time, not sure what to do…didn’t feel like it… every excuse in the book to not follow through with a workout. 
When I started making my workouts a priority, rather than an obligation, is when I started to see my excuses melt away. I always remember how good I feel after a nice sweat. When you make fitness a priority, watch how quickly those excuses disappear. If you’re doing my Bikini Body Challenge on @Fitplan_app, how do you make your workouts your priority!?

During my fitness journey, I learned how important it is to BELIEVE in yourself. Finding confidence to change your ways does not happen overnight, it takes time, but anyone can do it!  I learned to ignore all of the negativity and surround myself with only happiness and positivity. The hardest part of achieving any goal is consistency. If you aren’t putting in the work, you won’t see results, especially when it comes to fitness. As someone who struggles with keeping consistent with such a crazy travel schedule from time to time, I look to my community to hold me accountable and keep me motivated!

LAST DAY OF BEING 25  WOW WHERE DOES TIME GO?! This past year has been a transformative year filled with so much growth, which I am both proud of, and beyond grateful for.
Special shout out to all of you for being there for me throughout my journey and keeping me strong. When I first started posting my fitness journey on Instagram back in 2011, I was using this platform to self-motivate and keep track of my progress. Never in my dreams did I ever think I’d one day have such an amazing social media fam to make me work twice as hard! Always remember, keep up the hard work and never give up on your dreams.

Can’t stop, won’t stop! This week I was craving a Reece’s Peanut Butter cup, so I decided to whip up something yummy. Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Bites, and it only took me 30 minutes to make  All I needed was my  Protein Powder and a quick walk to the grocery store (with Graham of course). These really satisfied my sweet tooth -1 scoop Krunchy Krisp Protein
-3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
-6 oz fat free plain Greek Yogurt
-1.4 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1 large egg
-1 pinch of salt -1 tsp baking powder
-3/4 cup coconut sugar
-1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

DIRECTIONS:
1.Preheat oven to 350 and spray 8X8 inch pan with cooking spray
2.Place all ingredients except the peanut butter into a blender
3.Blend until mixture is smooth and oats are ground up.
4.Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides as necessary.
5.Pour batter into baking dish and microwave peanut butter for about 30 seconds
6.Drop melted peanut butter onto the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes and let cool. Cut into small square pieces.

Having a routine or specific workout you look forward to for your Monday workout is a great way to flip the script.

Starting your week off on the right foot is critical, and organizing for the week on Sunday is something that has helped me. So if getting ready for Monday means meal prepping for the week, or working on that paper that is due on Wednesday, get it done! Start your to-do list today and have a beautiful day today! ️

Hello fam!! As you know last week I started a new workout plan but with all the traveling I was doing - it was hard for me to stay consistent in the gym. 
This left me feeling extremely unmotivated since I just started my first week and already felt myself falling off track.
